While the overall experience continues to be great, I was disappointed to find oil on my seat belt and saw where my tire/rim had been run up on the curb next to the building. Not as bother by the scratches in the rim, since there are others that I did myself. But its been difficult to get the oil out of the seat belt. The biggest disappointment was not telling me about it. I noticed it right away when I went to get in my car after paying the bill. I would have said something then, but it was after hours and the guys were gone for the day.
